SatComms Choice was established in 2010 and caters for users of satellite communications services. Its origins stem from feedback gained from end users during AUSConsulting Market Analysis engagements. Despite the great work done by members of the industry to increase awareness of satellite, there is still a knowledge gap within the user community.
SatComms choice helps us to keep in touch with users of satellite services. Many is the time when we hear of a customer's dissappointment with the performance of their satellite service. When we scratch beneath the surface however, we find that there are many ways that the customer could improve their service, without necessarily spending more.
